How do I send photos to use in my project?

You can send pictures, and any other elements that you want added to your project to our email ( orders@branchlaser.ca )
How long will my order take?

Well, it depends on the product that is ordered. If its a product that we regularly stock, turnaround time is normally about a week (unless alternative timelines are discussed at time of order) For Granite Memorials, we are working on a 3-4 week timeline as this allows for time to retouch photos as well as manufacturing of the Metal stands and granite shipments.
What shipping carriers do you use?

The courier will be chosen based on address and also the product. We prefer to utilize Purolator or Canpar as they will deliver to your door. Obviously, for those who utilize a PO Box number, Canada Post will be used.
